I have been using the Day By Day journal from betterjournaling since March 1st and I love it. Planning out my goals for the year/month/week has massively increased my focus and helped me get so much more done – I’m working smarter, not harder! If anything I’ve got more time to do the things I love.

However my absolute favourite feature is the space for gratitude – I believe that gratitude is key. The more you show gratitude for what you have in your life the more space you create for more things to be grateful for! Thank you BetterJournaling®!

I was lucky enough to be part of the journal “Road Tester” group, so have been using the 13-week journal for over 2 months now. I must say, I have fallen completely in love with the journal; and will shortly need to purchase another journal to keep myself on track – I have decided to opt for the 1 Year’s Supply, to ensure I have plenty of journals to keep me going!

I have come to realise that using the journal has really taught me to really focus on the direction I want my business to take. I have always been someone that has to have a “plan”, and have it all written down on paper before I can think about putting anything into practice; however this previously meant a tatty notebook that contained a list of notes and bullet points of everything and anything I either need to think about or achieve.

The format of the journal has taught me to focus of both a morning and an evening – allowing me to really think about the direction I will take with my business. I now spend time of an evening, and really look back at what I have achieved during that day and start thinking about what I want to achieve the next day. The next morning, I plan my day in full; and try to make sure I stick to these plans.

I hadn’t realised that I had so many things to celebrate in my business and this has given me more confidence and conviction to continue: as I am able to focus on realising my overarching dreams, goals and vision!
